Annandale Terrace

Stage one of the Annandale Terrace project involves internal and external works under a CDC application process.The brief was to refurbish the existing terrace home with potential for a 
future stage 2 addition. The result is an initial renovation that ensures the future flexibility of the home for a growing family.

The materials pallette is restrained through the use of natural elements such as timber, terracotta and marble.
The focal point of the home is the kitchen. More than just a place for food preparation. Its also a place for interaction and entertaining. The result is opening up the room into the underutilised lightwell, expanding the space and creating a nook for sitting within the new indoor-outdoor space.

The focal points of the living area are vividly expressed with colour to provide a grounding for the elements in the home of great importance. The kitchen for interaction, the dining table for family and mealtime
